We are pleased to announce that MYFARM Inc. (Head office: Kyoto Prefecture; CEO: Nishitsuji Kazuma), one of our portfolio companies of SMBC Afri-Fund Investment Limited Partnership, was listed on the TOKYO PRO Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on 27 November 2023.

Outline of MYFARM Inc.
Established in 2007.
The company started a business operating abandoned farmland as rental farms, and developed a nationwide matching and technical support service for people who want to grow their own vegetable gardens on abandoned farmland. In addition, the company has expanded into various agricultural businesses, including technical guidance for new farmers (Agri-Innovation University), distribution of agricultural products (Yacchaba Club) and consulting services for local governments and companies on agricultural projects.
This is the first IPO for an agricultural social venture combining agriculture and social business.
